September 2010 – present | Web Designer | Yell Adworks, Reading, United Kingdom
I am working as a Web Designer/Consultant with the new media arm of Yell. This involves writing SEO copy following consultations, designing and building sites using Adobe Photoshop and the Websplanet content management system. The work has allowed me to hone my CSS skills, using CSS to manipulate site templates. Since August, I have been part of the Resolution team, dealing personally with high priority clients.
Key duties include being main point of contact for escalation clients, writing Search Engine Optimised copy for sites and redesigning sites where the client is about to cancel the contract. I am adept at turning cancellation clients around, solving their problems quickly and efficiently, and producing strong sites.
