Dragonsize is the home of my design work. I am Iain Torrance and I am a Multimedia Designer based in Edinburgh. I studied Architectural Design at the University of Edinburgh before completing a Masters in Design & Digital Media. Since then I have worked as a multimedia designer, specialising in 3D modelling and animation, before branching out into graphics and web design. I am currently working as a freelance web designer, but I am available for a variety projects and collaborations. This website is my place to showcase the best of my work, as well as some of my favourite pieces that I have created for friends and family. If you would like to know more, then please email me at dragonsize@gmail.com

A little about my work...

I have worked for architects and designers in the UK & Canada, as well as travelling the world with my camera. My portfolio on the right will showcase everything from graphic designs and portaiture to hand-painted t-shirt designs and architectural 3D models, with further examples on my updated CV page. At first I'll be showing a small selection while I reorganise and complete the design and construction of the site, so things may come and go or be moved to different sections of the site as it grows and develops. For a bit more about me and my qualifications, check out my updated CV. And while you are in a browsing mood, please check out some sites that I helped design and build:

Country Roads - Customised Wheel & Seat Covers for your 4x4 and more...

HypnoMo - Clinical Hypnotherapy in the Nottingham area.

CGI Media Ltd - Edinburgh-based Multimedia Design.

AccountAbility Access - the US arm of this Australia-based Accounting Package.

Future plans for the site...

This site is being tweaked and developed constantly, and the gallery features will be enhanced as I get time to go through my image catalogue and pick the best of my previous work. At the top of the job list right now is a showreel section for my animation work, and integrating an collapsible Div system on the CV page to display it in a more compact, neater style. I am also working with a company in the State to create their new website, more details coming soon... Comments and opinions are always welcome, please feel free to email me at dragonsize@gmail.com if you have anything you want to bring up.

Obviously, all the work shown on this site is copyright (either my own or others as stated) stealing images is just plain mean as well as showing a total lack of respect for the artist, so please do not do it.
